Day 10: way laid by Atlantic City...again

Went to bed really late...the sun was just about to rise. Got up around 2pm putzed around the house. Weighed in at 179. Had the day off and eventually decided to do something. Called my friend John who was on his way to A.C. I told him to turn around and get me. Did not juice at all. Ended up munching on carrots on they way down. Started my smoking when I got into John's car.
